A GreenRoom Exchange Year-End Benefit Party
GreenRoom Exchange will host a special End of Year Benefit Party featuring the debut of the Lex One World Band: an exciting collaboration showcasing international artists who call Kentucky home, organized by Lee Carrol, Andres Cruz and others!
We will be presenting Exciting Local International Talent:
*DIETER HENNINGS – renowned classical guitarist from Mexico, professor at the UK College of Music,
*INTRODUCING THE LEXINGTON ONE WORLD BAND – including Enrique Gonzales (Venezuela, vocals) Andres Cruz (Costa Rica, guitar) Lee Carroll (USA, piano) and Ibu Diop (Senegal, djembe)
*NOSSA BOSSA – Brazilian Bossa Nova with Dana Vogel vocals and Dave Eberhard guitar.
Enjoy international food provided by GreenRoom Exchange in the lovely plant filled ambiance of the Willow and join the conversation and celebration of the arts with follow patrons.

Tarta Relena - Celebrating The Possibilities of Human Voice
Formed in 2016, Barcelonaʼs Tarta Relena reimagines Mediterranean vocal traditions with fearless experimentation, blending sacred and profane, ancient and modern.
Their contrasting timbres intertwine with electronic textures, creating complexity from simplicity and maximum expression from minimal means. We heard them at GlobalFest at Lincoln Center in 2024 and knew we had to bring them to Lexington.Meara is a composer and artist, focusing on perception and new musical interfaces. Her Hockets for Two Voices album was released on Cantaloupe in 2019. It was named in several year-end best of lists, including Art Forum, Bandcamp, and Second Inversion. For this performance, Hockets for Two Voices will be performed by Mingjia Chen & Linnea Sablosky.
